Guest access Guests have full access to the whole ground floor unit including their own private courtyard. Our property has an amazing pool/bbq area that is shared with other guests. There is direct access from our courtyard to the shared pool area which is the best feature about the ground floor apartment. You can also walk straight around the side of the unit via the courtyard to get to the beach. Other things to note Absolutely NO parties are allowed at this complex! It’s a family friendly area and the body Corp will issue a fine which will be passed on to the guest and taken from your holding deposit. Check out is at 10am unless otherwise organised with us. If you check out late, and we have a pre-arranged early check in, our cleaners have to recruit extra staff to get the next clean finished in time!!! You will be charged for the extra cleaners time.
