We are just a few blocks from the FAMOUS Main St. which is a HOST to so many amazing restaurants and shops. This mountain bungalow was built in 1904 and has been cherished ever since. It was one of the first homes built on 4th Avenue and if only these walls could talk… Am I right? This gorgeous stucco home will have you all googly eyed! Only a few blocks from downtown but also the perfect patios to enjoy nights in. You will have access to the entire first floor of this home. We also have 2 parking spots in the alley so you can easily access the home at any hour of the night. All fenced in backyard including a separate fence and entrance for our bed and breakfast coordinator. Access to the front and back patios and we have on site laundry available. Not only are we CLOSE to everything but if you enjoy morning walks make sure you are on the look out for what we like to call backyard BUCKS! Yes that’s right, you might be sharing the side walk with a few of them every day. We are surrounded by large trees and there is an amazing back patio and front porch to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee during the crisp mornings. We want to make sure you feel right at home so we offer breakfast treats, snacks, fresh fruit and drinks. And… if you are like me and ALWAYS forget something! Don’t worry we will have you covered with plenty of toiletries to choose from and any of those random last minute items. Laundry is available on site if you decided to go for bike ride on the trails or your hike gets a little muddy! Not that you will even be inside much but it is worth mentioning that we have Netflix, Amazon Prime and wifi to make your mountain stay a little more modern. We do not have AC but you won’t need it with this perfect Colorado weather. Open up the windows and let the fresh air pour in! We have 2 parking spots in the alley next to the white and black garage that are just for this home! You can enter in through the back gate. Or you can drive around to the front and park and go through the front door. We have someone who is in the ADU (additional dwelling unit) above this home who operates this bed and breakfast.
