I'm a quick 20-25 minutes from the airport on a quiet cul-de-sac. There's space to park in my driveway or on the street. This bedroom is in my basement has a full size bed, dresser and nightstand. This is a recently built addition and there's no window in this room. There is a full bathroom in the basement shared with my older son. You have access to the kitchen, front and back patio areas and a living room with a tv with ROKU. Smoking is only allowed on the back patio. I am 420 friendly. The space This is a recently built addition in my basement and this room does not have a window. The full size bathroom is shared with my older son who's room is also in the basement. The basement is usually quite cool and I keep a heater and a fan in the room and extra blankets are available upon request. Guest access Access to: The full bathroom assigned to their room and a half bathroom on the main floor. Kitchen Front/Blue Livingroom Hot tub Room (the hot tub isn't running this is a game room/chill area near back patio) Back Patio (where smoking is allowed) Front Patio (no smoking) Dining Room During your stay I try to greet all my guests when they first get here. If that's not possible there is a lockbox with keys. Guests are free to come and go at all hours. Guests can message me anytime and I will get back to them asap. Both my son and my roommate are helpful and friendly. If you can't find me you can ask them questions. If guests want to keep to themselves we respect their privacy. If guests want to interact we're all friendly and love meeting new people. Other things to note Please do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Nobody has a key for it. Guests receive a key to the front door for the deadbolt and for their room. After taking a shower please turn on the fan and leave the door open. Please put the toilet lid down so my cat won't get into it. My cat Pumpkin is friendly and is allowed to go outside. The light switch for the kitchen is behind the fridge. Please only use the dimmer light switch in the room. The other switch is for the hallway but it gets stuck, so use other light for the hall by the stairs. The dishwasher is where I keep my lids. It doesn't work. Guests need to wash dishes by hand. You may cook and use any kitchenware I only ask guests clean up after themselves. There is a mini fridge in the room. If you need more room let me know and I can accommodate you. It's better to keep your food in your room. We share all of our food and don't keep track of who bought what so if your food is left in the kitchen it might get eaten. If you really need to keep anything in the kitchen let me know. If you go out back please close the patio door. Smoking is only permitted on the back patio. In the summer, guests can use the grill. We do recycle. The white recycle trashcan has a sign above it noting everything my trash company will take. Please do not put food in the silver trashcan unless it is bones or something that won't go down the garbage disposal. If you need to do laundry let me know ahead of time because the washer and dryer are in my son's room. Please leave the bathroom doors open and the toilet seat down.
