The interior is designed as a single open plan style space integrating a living and sleeping area, kitchenette and a bathroom of superior standing. The space extends to an outside beautiful veranda sitting area. The cottage is surrounded by its own enclosed private little garden, with a lovely distance view to enjoy outdoor relaxation. Totally and newly renovated to modern requirements, this (self-catering) cottage will ideally accommodate two persons or two adults and one toddler (bring your portable crib). It is fully equipped and fitted out. The cottage can perfectly serve the purpose for self distancing /self quarantine. Guest access Marcopoulo town, central hub of Attica , is a popular center offering accommodation facilites for airport passenger traffic or to ports for sea travel to islands. Also close proximity to various airport car rentals and Metropolitan Exhibition Center. The property is located just a few minutes from the airport car rentals or 7-minute car ride from Markopoulo town center. And 400 meters after the renowned small chapel of Panagia Varaba. Easily accessible by car or taxi. At the same time it is conveniently and easily connected to points of interest or activities or travel, as relevant link searches will indicate. Also very close to neighboring town Porto Rafti, a popular summer time resort with Athenians with many (sea front) restaurants, bars, coffee shops etc. Public transport is available up to Markopoulo center, then 7-minute taxi ride to the estate from the Ktel Bus Service Terminal, that reaches across multiple destinations. From Athens center one can also take the train to Koropi station, then a short taxi ride to the estate. Athens International Airport is approx. 12-minute drive.
