The rear of the Suite is 12 feet above ground which provides stunning panoramic views. The patio is over 600 Square Feet Just a short drive to some of the best wineries around! You can see French Connection, Kuhlman & The LBJ Ranch from the Patio! Guest access This space offers the largest patio with partial covered parking. This is a dark sky neighborhood so limit outdoor lighting so you and the neighbors can take in the stars. Other things to note This property is brand new and the area around the house is healing from construction. We have seeded the area with wild flowers and natural grasses but Hill Country plants can grow slow. The neighborhood is wildlife friendly vs suburban manicured. It will take time for the landscape to return to hill country wild. While upscale, we are a rural property so Texas critters are a part of life. The patio is high so the view is still amazing.
