Karin and Marcel’s flat

Bright and cozy 74 m2 flat at the top floor in the vibrant area of Nørrebro with private balcony. The metro takes you to all the tourist attractions in 10 mins. The flat offers loads of daylight, an open kitchen in connection to the living room and a large bedroom. Placed in a quiet side street in the middle of Nørrebro; a diverse area with a lot of young people and different ethnic groups. Get your best döner of your life, wander around with your coffee, or enjoy the nightlife of CPH! The space Don't expect a hotel-like apartment furnished in all-Ikea. Instead, feel at home in our 74 m2 apartment with a large kitchen/living-room area and a well-sized bedroom with room for 2 sleeping people. If you come more than two, we'll cover up some mattresses in the living room - up to four people in total. You'll enjoy the daylight that light up the apartment from every window, and you'll be able to see the sky and sun from the top floor, in which you stay. The ceiling is more than 3 meters above your head. The new balcony is 4x1,3 meters, in which the sun hits every noon and evening - perfect for a glass of wine by the sunset. Also, at the moment, you can chose to have the flat made suitable for infants or toddlers as we have infant bed, diaper station, baby chair etc. You'll have a 55'' OLED TV with all streaming services, and Sonos speakers for wireless music. Even also a vinyl player if you like to be retro. You'll be able to cook from a well-equipped kitchen and enjoy breakfast at the dinner table in the heart of the apartment. There's a MoccaMaster, SMEG espresso machine, milk foamer and sodastream for coffee and carbonated water in your way. This is the place to be if you want to live like a true Copenhagener! Guest access As a guest, you will have access to the whole apartment. Paid parking on the streets around is possible. Other things to note We really like our apartment, so by renting our home you accept that you (or your insurance) is responsible to pay for any damages or losses that might occur
