South Holston Lake Front Home

This lake front home is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with amazing views. The master bedroom located on the second level has a queen bed/bathroom. The main level has 2 bedrooms , 1 with queen bed and the other a bunk room with two twin beds and one full. Enjoy the open floor plan with living, dinning and fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances . Two story dock with one available boat slip for guest use. Public boat access very close if needed. WiFi available. The space This home is open and bright with large windows allowing for a gorgeous view of the South Holston Lake. Unfortunately the indoor fireplace is not working however enjoy spending time outdoors either relaxing on the large dock or on the patio with a gas log stone fireplace. Great for couples get away or relaxing with family. Close proximity to downtown Abingdon and the Creeper Trail. Parking available for two cars only. Multiple stairs leading to dock, not handicapped accessible Other things to note This is a lake house with potential dangers for children. We have a large two story deck with gates that open to the water on the top level. Please be aware for younger children. The indoor gas fireplace does not work. In order to use your phone service you will need to turn on WiFi calling on your cell phone prior to arrival. The are multiple flights of stairs leading down to the dock. People with mobility issues may not be able to access the dock.
