At the heart of Llandudno - just behind promenade/beach and central to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Theatre, art gallery and swimming pool are just a short walk away. Railway station and free 24 hour parking close by. Only a short drive to the centre of Snowdonia. You will be the only guests during your stay. The space Tropical themed bedroom/ lounge - with dining area. King size bed plus two armchairs chairs - one is folding so can be moved around easily, Sky TV with built in DVD player. Kitchen with combination microwave oven, table top oven with 2 hob rings, hot plate with one hob ring - (no standard cooker) , toaster and kettle, fridge freezer , plus equipment for basic cooking and meals. Dishwasher. Tea, coffee and milk available. Shower and toilet from kitchen. Small back garden with seating. Front garden seating too. Washing machine and drier NOT for guest use. My Husband ( Simon), teenage daughter (Eden Hope) and I ( Mandy) live upstairs. Guest access Guests access through the front door.. The same as the host’s family. Other things to note Apartment is ground floor - suitable for people who struggle with stairs. Unfortunately there is not room for wheelchair, although you could fold one up. There is a small step into back garden and from street path into front garden. Also at porch and in kitchen.
