Large gîte in the heart of the Pyrenees - Ariège Mijanes

Hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, sledding, farms... Close to several family or sports ski resorts and at the start of many walks, you will be in a quiet and ideal location. Come and create unique moments with family or friends in an authentic and comfortable gîte, completely renovated! The space The cottage is an old house in the heart of the village, typically Pyrenean with its stone walls and slate roof. Completely renovated with quality materials, it is very functional and will offer you great comfort for a successful vacation with family or friends. Everyone will find their space in this warm house with solid period parquet, wood siding and new bedding. There are 3 levels: ground floor: large isolated garage open to the garden allowing you to store your ski gear, shoes, bike, etc... it also serves as a smoking area (sofa and extra seats) and houses one of the 2 fridges of the gite as well as a dryer. It also provides direct access to the rest of the cottage via a staircase. on the 1st floor: large and warm living room composed of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, raclette machine, etc.), a dining area with a beautiful rustic table, a living area open to a superb wood stove, with comfortable armchairs and leather sofa, TV, DVD player, books and board games. A double bedroom (140 cm bed), a bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet complete this level. on the 2nd floor: 1 large bedroom with 3 beds (1 queen size bed and 1 single bed), 1 double bedroom with 1 queen size bed and 1 dormitory bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds in total). A large balcony serves 2 bedrooms and offers a great view of the village and mountains. A new shower room with toilet completes this floor. outside: The gîte also has a private garden with wooden table and barbecue for your summer evenings and allows you to park 2 to 3 vehicles at the foot of the gîte.
