A NON SMOKING compact value for money, clean, comfortable, and well equipped cottage. NOTE: shower over bath, one double bed is a small 4ft double. No pets, Non-Smoking. Check-out 1000. It is RURAL, the pubs have varied opening hours, we get country insects. WiFi 🛜 access & phone signal varies. TV is free-view, 2 vehicles parking. The nearest shop is 5 miles. I do my best to point all of this out. Cleaning charge added per stay. The space A compact three-bedroom cottage, one 4ft 6" double, one 4ft SMALL double, and one standard single. The bathroom has an over-bath shower, toilet and basin. There is a downstairs toilet. The lounge is spacious with a separate dining area in the sun lounge. There are a few games and a collection of toys for younger children in the trunk. A separate laundry utility room can be accessed, a washing machine, tumble dryer. There is outside space with parking for two vehicles on the drive only. The garden is not for parking. We try to provide a clean and value property, and keep our 5 star rating, if you find you cannot give the property a 5 * I would greatly appreciate knowing more. I cannot change location, insects or phone signals. The TV is 42 inches, Freeview only. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering. There is extra heating in the conservatory for colder snaps, a ceiling fan for summer as it can get hot. We kindly ask you to vacate the property at 10 am unless you have requested extra time. Our high-quality cleaning team is a pre-booked service in time to prepare for the next guests. We pride ourselves on the thorough cleaning and preparation. Please be aware we do NOT have EV charging facilities and advise that charging via the cottage power supply is not insured, inclusive or facilitated. Guest access The full house and ample outside space Other things to note No Pets allowed, no smoking. The nearest town and supermarket are 4 miles away. There is no public transport. The shower is over the bath. The 42 inch TV is not a smart TV. There is a network of public footpaths from the door. I can’t change the location or the phone network coverage. The property is clean and well equipped. Logs can be purchased at most petrol stations if you wish to use the wood burner.
