If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot might be just right for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. The property has a sunny south-facing terrace and an approximately 1000 square meter garden to relax. After a day of sightseeing, your kids can play here to their heart's content. The space In the vacation home, there is a larger room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a pull-out sofa in front of the fireplace. Then there is a smaller bedroom. In the hallway, next to a cozy bench overlooking the garden, there is a kind of walk-in closet that offers enough storage space to accommodate clothes, bags, etc. Guest access The whole house, including the terrace and large garden with porch swing, sun loungers, hammock, trampoline and sandbox, is available for your exclusive use. Other things to note The cottage with its total area of about 55 square meters can be heated with the fireplace. There is also electric underfloor heating in the kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. There is no Wi-Fi and no TV. However, cell phone reception and mobile data work without any problems. If needed, we can provide you with bicycles for a usage fee of €5 per day/per bike. We have two 28-inch bicycles, a 24-inch children's bicycle and also a Chariot children's bicycle trailer (two-seater). For longer stays and correspondingly multi-day use of the bikes, we can offer you a flat rate. If you are planning a multi-day vacation with your younger children (aged 2-5 years), we will gladly make you a special offer on request, as children from the 2nd years old are already fully counted at Airbnb.
