Amazing view - wooden house in front of river lake

Enjoy a bright and warm space on the banks of the Seine and on the banks of a small swimmable lake. You can enjoy: - a large new and equipped kitchen for beautiful group meals - a waterfront terrace with a large brazier to enjoy in the evening and a Kamado barbecue for your grilled dishes - a beautiful fireplace with an open stove to enjoy the flames and warmth of the wood. The house is in a very quiet green setting, where you can admire the animals. The space The cottage is spacious and bright with a large bay window to fully enjoy the view of the Seine! In winter, the atmosphere is warm around the fire. The house is partially under renovation, so don't be surprised if some finishes are missing. To sleep, you have 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 double bed in the living room and a daybed convertible into a double bed. The bedding is of good quality and so are the pillows. This is our primary residence, so it's a real home of real people (and not a home designed solely for rental). However, we are never there during the rental :) Other important information: we have a dog. So if you're ever allergic, we can't host you. We don't want to rent the house for big parties. The jacuzzi is available for sunny days on the terrace for a relaxing moment by the water. Guest access You can access the private area of La Goujonne by car (20 minutes from Provins and 30 minutes from Sens) or by train via Longueville station (Transilien) or Villeneuve la Guyard (TER). The train stations are a 15-minute drive from the house and 1 hour from Paris. Other things to note We have 2 bikes and 1 kayak that we can lend you. For the use of wood, for the brazier and the stove, it will be necessary to agree on the terms beforehand :) For the Jacuzzi: this is an inflatable spa with 4-seater jets, available only from mid-April to mid-October.
