Additional amenities include a fully renovated bathroom, Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a rooftop deck. All utilities and WiF included No Air Conditioning, but the beach climate is moderate and ceiling fans are located in the room. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED - BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. Smoking anywhere on the premises (inside, common areas, etc.) will incur a $500 fine. * Please note that any extension requests must be submitted AT LEAST 72 hours prior to your original check-out date.
