This gorgeous property features 3 bedrooms- 1 King bed in the master suite, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds, perfect for a family or group of friends looking for a cozy retreat. With 2 bathrooms, including a soaking bathtub, you can unwind in style after a day of exploring. The rec room offers an additional sleeping space with a queen bed. Space for parking a boat to use in the best lake in New Hampshire! Conveniently located off of route 28 for easy access to all areas in the Lakes Region. The space Welcome to our romantic, yet family friendly, centrally located cottage. The home is 1350 sf which does not include the 1000 sft game room. Comfortably sleeps up to 7 with a roll out for an 8th person. We have a family or “grown-up kid”game room with ping pong, fooseball, air hockey, small basketball net and board games for all ages. There are also comfortable seating spots for everyone to just hang out. . There are 2 Roku t.v.s with high speed internet. There is also a large blue tooth speaker. The electric fireplaces add heat and ambiance . Set up for a perfect gathering place for family and friends to reconnect as there is lots of space to spread out. There are 2 decks off the kitchen with tables and seating as well as a bbq grill. A full walk out basement to a private back yard area. There is a fire pit to use in the front yard with more seating. Our space is a great home base for many year round activities. We are 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain Resort which boasts breathtaking views, hiking, skiing snowshoeing, cross country and exploring. The cottage is 1/2 mile up the street from Lake Winnipesaukee, town beach, public docks, boat ramp, restaurants, and ice cream. Mt Major is about 17 minutes away. If hiking is your thing, hosts will share our favorite spots to whoever is interested in exploring. Wolfboro, “Americas Oldest Summer Resort” is 15 minutes away, which offers a quaint downtown for dining and shopping. In Wolfboro there is also the Cotton Valley Rail trail for biking. Excellent walking trails also off of the bike trail. Kayaks can be available to use if you have a vehicle to get them down to the beach. (Seasonally) Guests will discover a plethora of fun activities to do all within a half an hour from home base. Hannaford grocery store is 1 mile from the cottage. Weirs Beach Laconia, home to the infamous “Motorcycle Week” is less than 30 minutes There are many fun things to do in this wonderful area we call home. Come visit and please stay awhile!
