Enjoy the Belgrade Lakes area at Long Pond. Depending on the season you can relax by a camp fire, walk, enjoy the shared beach which is a short 0.2 mile walk from the cottage, hike, x-country ski, snow shoe, kayak, canoe or boat and fish (salmon and bass). Regardless you'll wake up to a peaceful morning with birds chirping or coffee on the porch. The cottage is remote and the kitchen is equipped with the essentials. The cottage suits six guests with an additional cot available. The space Master bedroom with a queen bed, a loft with 2 bunk beds and a full sized bed. If needed a space to have a cot/mattress in the den area. The kitchen and living area are open concept, two Roku tv's (no streaming services), Wifi. Dining area is out on the screened in patio in the summer and upstairs in the cooler months. There is a propane fireplace, heat pump, A/C, fire pit and grill. Guest access Parking is onsite to fit 4 vehicles (or a trailer). A convenient code to access the cottage will be sent in advance with directions to the property. We are available for any questions and if needed available to be onsite if anything major needs attention. There is a shared beach 0.2 miles away and there are 2 kayaks available for use. Please bring your own life vests to fit each individual kayaker. Other things to note A maximum of 2 adult pets are permitted (no puppies). Pets must be potty trained, well behaved, leashed and noise kept to a minimum. There is a $150 pet fee.
