Small Basic Hotel Room at Beachcomber Resort

Located at the Beachcomber Resort and Club, this small hotel guest room is value priced. Room does not have a kitchen, view or balcony, smaller than a typical hotel room (160 sq. feet) with a private bath. This is a basic hotel room with a bathroom/shower and does not have. Enjoy outside beachfront dining at Deep Ocean Front Dining & Bar. Price includes complimentary access to our resort facilities (which we typically charge a $40/day plus tax). A great vacation value if your needs are basic. The space 160 square foot sleeping area plus a private bathroom. No kitchen or cooking facilities in the unit. Guest access To access your guest room, you will come through hotel lobby to take an elevator or stairs to the floor floor level and location of the unit. You will use an electronic hotel key card to unlock the door to access your private room. We do provide pool towels in your unit which you may use during your stay (and which are counted/inventoried, so please be sure to leave these behind upon your departure). If you wish to utilize the Beachcomber Resort and Club's amenities such as the 2 heated pools, private beach access with chaise lounges; you may do so. Other things to note Must be 21 years old or older to reserve and stay with us. Please note: $18/nt. daily parking fee. You do have access to our resort facilities such as the use of the pools and beach areas which is a $40/day plus tax value. A great vacation value if your needs are basic. This apartment is thoroughly cleaned and maintained prior to and after your stay with us. While staying with us you will be responsible for your own daily housekeeping. We will provide trash removal and towel exchange on request between 9 AM - 3 PM, Monday - Friday. If you do wish to arrange daily housekeeping service, we will do so for a daily cleaning fee that is best discussed with us upon your arrival. This unit is 100% Non-Smoking. If evidence of smoking is reported during or after your stay, we will assess a $500 cleaning/damage fee for violating this policy.
