Immersed in a lush vineyard, our villa invites you to wine tastings from our estate, where every sip tells the story of our terroir. A few steps away, Racou Beach promises unforgettable walks along the Mediterranean. The space Located in the enchanting setting between Collioure and Argeles-sur-Mer, our welcoming villa is perfect for holidays with family or friends. A few steps away, the beach and the port of Argelès-sur-Mer invite you to days of relaxation or exploration. Our house is designed for your comfort and enjoyment: - A lush garden surrounds a sun-drenched swimming pool, perfect for summer swimming. - Relax on the solarium with deckchairs or share meals on the wooden terrace, complemented by a stone barbecue with plancha. - A spacious living room opens onto a modern and fully equipped kitchen for moments of conviviality. - Three cozy bedrooms upstairs, one with private bathroom, promise peaceful nights of rest. You can also enjoy a well-stocked library for your leisure time. - With facilities designed for families (baby bed, highchair, baby bathtub on request) and the possibility to accommodate your pets, our villa is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories. We make sure your stay is worry-free by providing linens and, on request, kitchen and cleaning essentials. Our attention to detail and our desire to meet your needs make our villa the perfect choice for a serene and joyful escape on the Mediterranean coast. Guest access During your stay in our charming villa, you will have exclusive access to the entire property, guaranteeing a private and unshared experience. End-of-stay cleaning: Cleaning is included in the rate, however, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as when they arrived. Any additional cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or garbage disposal required will be charged to the security deposit. Other things to note Location: The villa is located in the town of Argelès-sur-Mer, close to Racou Beach, the coastal trail and the port of Argelès-sur-Mer. Activities can be carried out near the villa (wine tasting, paddle boarding, windsurfing, hiking, diving, etc.). We can, if you wish, put you in touch with the service providers. We also own a **** hotel located a few minutes from the villa, open from April to early November. Also, you can, by reservation, enjoy the services of the hotel: restaurant, spa/hammam, massages, heated swimming pool 19 m long.
