The space 🛋️ LIVING ROOM The open-plan living room, with direct access to two balconies, is a cozy and functional space. Here you’ll find a desk with an office chair, a double sofa bed, a table with four chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, cookware, plates, glasses, moka pot, microwave, blender, and a refrigerator with freezer. A washing machine, dryer, and a silent dishwasher are also available. A 32" Smart TV is included for your entertainment. The living room features a Samsung WindFree air conditioning and air purification system, which is silent and highly efficient. 🛁 BATHROOM The bathroom is comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a bathtub that also functions as a shower, a cabinet stocked with basic sanitary products, a WC, a bidet, and a rustic wooden sink with a waterfall mixer. You’ll find soap, shower gel, a hairdryer, and toilet paper provided. Each guest will receive a complete set of towels. 🛌 BEDROOM The bedroom is cozy and well-organized. It is furnished with a double bed (200x160 cm) with a comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows, a three-door wardrobe with a mirror and hangers, and a chest of drawers. The large 55-inch Samsung Smart TV, mounted on the wall opposite the bed, is equipped with a soundbar, subwoofer, and RGB LED lights for a unique multimedia experience. The bedroom also features an air conditioning and air purification system. Each guest will be provided with a full set of bed linens, including sheets, pillows, blankets, and winter duvets. Guest access 🔑 ACCESS TO THE HOUSE: The apartment is equipped for self check-in. Guests can access it by retrieving the keys from the combination lockbox located near the mailbox at the beginning of the staircase. I will provide you with the access code the day before your arrival, along with all other information regarding parking and the apartment rules.
