This nautical themed waterfront property offers a glimpse of beach living where the basics put all the focus on the reason you came, the ocean and beach! The house sits 5m away from the river's edge and only a further 300m walk before you're able to dip your toes in the beautiful Indian Ocean. Driftwood Beach House is ideal for 2 or 3 couples or large families with kids. The space Located right on the waters edge, the house offers spectacular views of the river mouth and ocean. With river access right on your door step, you can kayak, swim, fish or simply enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the river. For wild life and bird enthusiasts, the local fish eagles' call whilst enjoying sun downers on the outdoor deck is a truly special experience. If you feel you've had too much sun for one day, we have a great selection of books, board games and puzzles available. For those of you looking to keep yourself entertained on rainy or windy days, the downstairs lounge is equipped with a 55" Samsung QLED TV & soundbar. The upstairs lounge has a 55" Samsung LED, 5.1 Surround Sound System, SNES (Nintendo) games console and a fantastic selection of DVD and Blu-Ray movies for all age groups. The outside cottage is also equipped with its own LED TV and 3.1 surround sound system as well. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal. The house is located on an access controlled estate which is on a privately owned farm. While the area in front of the house is regarded as 'common land' residents and guests are respectful enough in keeping to themselves and those areas closest to them.
