#18 Hawk Hangout secluded, picnic table, firepit

This is one of the most peaceful spots you can find and only an hour and fifteen from Nashville. Stars by the billions light up the dark sky at night. It's a great place to experience the beautiful creation we live in. The entrance to the campsite has a little drive down the hill to the tent area. It’s a short walk if you don’t want to back down the narrow lane. The campsite has a slight slope and is not perfectly level. It is a very rocky site, and a large circle shape surrounded by hardwoods. The space To get to the campsite, you will follow the road until you see the sign for Hawk Hangout. Then you can either make a sharp turn to the right to go straight in or you can pass the entrance and back in. The land slopes downward so backing in makes it easier to leave. The lane goes down a few yards then opens up into a spacious campsite with a tree in the middle and a picnic table next to the fire pit. If you need dry, chopped firewood, please text me before you arrive and if possible, I will have it delivered to your campsite. I usually have fresh farm eggs available too. It's $10 a bundle for firewood and $5 for a dozen fresh farm eggs. We will deliver them if we are available that day! Thanks. Guest access You will have access to fresh spring water flowing out of a white pvc pipe right from the rock. It’s delicious. You will drive right past it on the way into Peaceful Hills Retreat. It will be on your right hand side just as you turn onto American Way. Feel free to fill up your bottles here. It’s cold and refreshing.
