Lovely apartment with terrace for 2 people

This apartment is lovingly furnished and can accommodate 2 people optimally. But 3 people also have space if you turn the comfortable living room couch into a bed. The apartment is equipped with everything. If something is missing, just contact us - we are happy to help! The space The apartment of approx. 50 m² is entered through a separate entrance from the house owners. There is a large comfortable bed (1.40 m wide), a dining table, a desk/workplace, and a cozy living room corner with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove (4 burners), oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. In the bathroom, there is a shower cabin, sink, toilet and washing machine. Towels and linens are free of charge. The terrace can be entered from the living room. There is also a covered shelter, e.g. for bicycles. Guest access The neighborhood is quiet and consists of single-family and multi-family houses. Parking is available on adjacent streets. The bus connection is very good: line 14 (Schlegelsberg - Langetal) runs approx. 7 minutes to the city. The bus terminus is approx. 2 minutes by foot. The tram (stop "An der Trebe") can also be reached in about 4 minutes' walk. Other things to note During the guests' stay, we are always easy to reach - either by phone or directly in the house.
