Hey Ya'll! Welcome to our comfy, clean home right on our private neighborhood pond! We are excited to have you! The front door is operated by our secure unique code lock that provides each of our guests with their own unique code that is only active during their stay. The day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any questions. If availability allows we can accommodate for early check in, just reach out beforehand. The space Full home private access 4 bedrooms- 1 king master bedroom on the second floor with private access to master bathroom shower/jet tub, 1 queen bed room attached to full bathroom with shower, 1 twin bed room, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2.5 baths- 2 full bathrooms with shower and bathtubs, one 1/2 bathroom Living Room- beautiful leather sectional and recliner, 50 inch TV with access to Netflix and Amazon prime with your own login. Kitchen- all the amenities! Oven, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, blender, rice cooker. Laundry Room- washer and dryer for our guests to use during their stay! Office- desk, chair, and couch that folds into futon. Back Patio- beautiful backyard and pond, Traeger grill smoker. You will have access to all areas of the home except for the garage and 3 locked closets Guest access 2 driveway parkings stalls available and street parking available at no charge. Other things to note We are so excited to welcome you into our home! We are tucked away in a quiet family neighborhood and close to many of the cities prime attractions including: The Star (Dallas cowboys practice stadium, Shops of Legacy, Legacy West, FC-Dallas Toyota Soccer Stadium, Arbor Hills nature preserve, Grandscape, Dr. Pepper Field, Toyota HQ, downtown Frisco and Mckinney, Lake Lewisville, and much more! About 35 minutes drive from both DFW and Dallas Love Field airports. Parks and splash pads within walking distance, direct pond access from backyard where you can feed the ducks, geese and turtles! This is a great location for families. Please be respectful toward the pond animals and our neighbors as you explore all we have to offer.
