It has a ton of character and will soon become your favorite getaway. Featuring 2 huge bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and plenty of space for 2 families. Each bedroom has a king size bed and several beds for kids. The space is set up for a maximum of 6 adults and 4 children but really serves 1 or 2 families best. The HOA has a strict limit of 6 adults but Teenage children count as children not adults. Please do not book this cottage if you are looking to party. The HOA is very strict on NO PARTIES. Please note the rate is for 4 guests. There is an additional fee of $10/night for additional guests and we have a ring camera at front door to verify the number of guests using the space. Gorgeous space on 150ft of private lakefront. Dock, screen porch and hot tub available (Hot tub can be filled and heated off season for $250 per stay, but is included June 1- September 1. This is due to increased maintenance and power combined with a low off season rate.) Canoe, kayak, stand up paddle board. Professional BBQ. Steinway baby grand piano. Screened in porch for dining. Safe community on private road. Please note: this is a cottage experience. There will be some bugs, a bird or a bat may fly inside if you leave a door open, a mouse may appear (we are contracted with a pest company so any mouse won’t live long). Raccoons will ravage the garbage if not handled according to instructions. There will be no refunds for “cottage experiences” during your stay. Same goes for power outages, internet outages, water, snow, weather or ice conditions. Garbage- please tie the bags closed and put them in bins at the curb. If the black bin is full please place overflow bags in shed. Please use green bin for all food waste and scraps. Dishes- all dishes should be clean and put away. If you leave a final clean load in the dishwasher that is fine. But any pots and pans should be scrubbed. If left with excessive caked on food you will be charged an additional fee to clean or replace. Please use tin foil on baking sheets to avoid having to scrub them. Fridge- please dispose of any open uneaten foods. Unopened non-perishable food can be left for the next guest. Spices can also be left behind. Linens- please strip all used beds and leave linens on top of bed. Beds that are unused should be left made. Please put all dirty towels in the tub or shower. Please note: the cottage is stocked with extra bedding and towels. If you have an issue that requires changing a bed please wash and dry the set that was soiled. If you use more than 2 towels per guest please wash and dry additional towels to avoid additional laundry fees. If you have used more than 2 towels per guest or the sheets that were on the beds, kindly wash and dry. Locking up-please lock all sliding doors, windows etc and press the kwikset button to lock the door as you leave. Please DO NOT lock the screened in porch as we don’t have a key!
