This modern 4 bedroom townhome accommodates up to 8 people and has a private pool. It’s located at Storey Lake Resort in a gated community in Kissimmee FL. Theme parks such as Universal and Disney World are just a 15-20 minutes drive with no heavy traffic. The clubhouse has a fitness center, a splash park, a lazy river and a sports court. All FREE to our guests. There are many parking spots available in front of our property. The space The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. Double side fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. We do not provide condiments (salt, pepper, sugar)nor ground coffee. Bedroom 1 (First floor) - Queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower Bedroom 2 (Second floor) - King bed ensuite with a shower and a bathtub Bedroom 3 (Second floor) - 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom with a shower Bedroom 4 (Second floor)- Queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower Extra charges - BBQ grill $60.00 flat fee: Includes cleaning + 1 propane tank - Pool/Spa heater USD 30/day - minimum 3X days We reserve the right to make the pool heater unavailable at any time for maintenance or repairs. In the event of a technical malfunction, we will refund the pool heater fee for the time that the heater service was unavailable to you. Supplies Provided - 1 dish sponge - 1 mini / small dish soap - 1 dishwasher capsule - 1 paper towel - 2 extra trash bags - 1 mini/ small shampoo - 1 mini / small soap per bathroom - 1 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom Food In accordance with Florida law, we are not permitted to leave open food in refrigerators or kitchen cabinets, therefore, all food will be removed after guest check-out and no provision of items such as condiments, coffee, cooking oil, etc. will be provided before check-in.
