WELCOME to your perfect Mountain Escape LOCATION: 20 minutes to the Yosemite gate and 10 minutes to Bass Lake, this charming mountain home offers a tranquil retreat with beautiful scenery. OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The back patio has a BBQ Area with eating and lounging.There’s a Jacuzzi Hot Tub under trees with patio lights.The front patio has a PROPANE FIRE PIT and landscaping. INTERIOR: Master bedroom has a CAL King bed with a en-suite shower. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed.3rd bedroom a queen bed The space Message us for any current promotions or seasonal prices. INTERIOR FEATURES: Living area has a large family room with reclining leather sofa and chairs, large Roku TV, a Poker/game table, also an eating bar with bar stools. Kitchen & Dinning areas have a fully stocked kitchen with island seating and a separate 8-10 person dining table. 3 bedroom house with the Master bedroom offering a Cal King bed with luxury linens and a en-suite shower and bathroom. The 2nd bedroom supports a Queen bed with a cottage themed room overlooking the front yard and landscape. The 3rd bedroom features two twin bunk beds that sleep 4 with a fun fishing room and lake decor. The main bathroom features a shower/tub combo with sink and toilet. Laundry machines are available in this bathroom with plenty of towels provided. Guest access The house has plenty of parking. The road leading to the house is a dirt graveled mountain road. Expect some pot holes so drive slowly, no special car is needed, very low riding cars may have an issue. In the winter watch for snow advisory’s you may need chains or 4 wheel drive in the whole mountain area. Other things to note To help you get settled, we provide 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, and a starter supply of Keurig K-cups, sugar, sugar substitute, and black tea. • Our gardener usually comes by on Thursday or Friday afternoons to keep the property looking nice. • The hot tub is professionally serviced once or twice a week, usually on Thursdays, or before new check ins, so you can enjoy it worry-free. • The propane fire pit is available for you to use at no extra charge. If the tank happens to run out, just send me a quick message — we usually have a spare tank in the garage. Please note the fire pit is a complimentary amenity, so refunds can’t be offered if propane runs out or if there are any issues.
