Modern and spacious suite in the countryside

Wake up in a peaceful and bright setting overlooking the pond from your bed. Ideally located for business or sightseeing trips, close to Rennes/Caen A84 highway, exit 41. Between Mont Saint Michel and the landing beaches. Viaduct of the Souleuvre 20 minutes away (bungee jumping, tree climbing, sledding...). 35 minutes from Caen and Bayeux. The space This is a new extension of our house with independent access. Located upstairs (spiral staircase), the 35 m² suite consists of a bedroom with double bed (140 x 200), dressing room and a private bathroom with spacious shower and toilet. Please note that there is no kitchen but you have a space with everything you need to prepare a hot drink. Guest access Parking in our yard. The accommodation has a separate entrance. You will have access to our garden. Other things to note Shops 7 km away. During cold periods, we provide an oscillating fan heater with remote control; note that it produces the same noise as a fan, just like the heat pump fan located outside which also emits a slight hum. You can see our dog, a very gentle Australian Shepherd, and our cat wandering around the garden. Checkout is no later than 11 a.m. on weekends and holidays, and 7:45 a.m. on weekdays.
