It consists of: - Ground floor: open-plan kitchen-dining-living room, bathroom, room and balcony - 1st floor: 5 double bedrooms, 1 with 3 bunk beds, bathroom and balcony. Located 2 minutes from the source of the Gándara River and its viewpoint, 5 minutes from the Collados del Asón Natural Park and 40 minutes from Laredo Beach. Ideal environment for mountain routes, canoeing, caving, etc. The space Casa Rustica San Félix is a beautiful typical house of the Soba Valley within the San Félix Ecological Estate, named after where it is located and with a capacity for 18 people. It borders the San Félix church, the river and a beautiful road that leads to the forest and nearby villages. It is about 500 meters from the village, so it is ideal to enjoy without disturbing or being disturbed. The house is a stone construction of masonry and masonry, oak and chestnut woods and a simple rustic design that makes it a spacious but cozy space, with all the comforts to spend a pleasant stay at any time of the year. As soon as you enter the property, magnificent street lights and beacons illuminate the path between the gardens, reaching the large barbecue and the organic garden with fruit trees, as well as a small and charming flower garden. Upon entering we find  a porch of about 45 square meters, a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi and a gazebo with a large table and dining chairs. The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor consists of a large living room attached to a kitchen with an American bar with the traditional wood-burning stove, making it a spacious and warm space that also has access to a magnificent balcony with sofas and a table that will make you enjoy the sunrise, quiet outdoor breakfasts and relaxing sunsets surrounded by the birdsong and the murmur of the river. Also, there is a double bedroom and a full bathroom. From the ground floor you can also access a solarium with a swimming pool, lots of green areas and beautiful views of the forest and the mountains. A wide staircase leads up to the second floor, where there is another beautiful and large full bathroom with a double bathtub, 4 bedrooms with double beds, 2 with 2 beds of 90 and one for 6 people with bunk beds. On this floor, another large balcony, in which there is an old laundry room, with a couch to enjoy the relaxing views. Guest access The house has a garden with flowers and fruit trees, several very spacious green areas where you can play, run or enjoy the countryside. A large terrace with a saltwater pool where you can take a good dip and with tables, chairs and sun loungers to spend some pleasant moments either reading a book or sunbathing while watching impressive views of the mountains, the oak forest and native trees. And as you can't miss on the farm, an ecological garden with a wide variety of seasonal vegetables. It also has a beautiful terrace, with a cozy gazebo, a large table and comfortable armchairs, a Jacuzzi overlooking Mazo Grande and Mazo Chico and an incredible variety of fruit trees such as cherry, plum, apple, pear trees... impressive in their flowering season in our San Felix ecological estate. Other things to note Casa Rústica San Félix is located in the Soba Valley, the little Switzerland and the place where the rainbow is born, a magnificent livestock and natural enclave in the eastern part of Cantabria. In the surroundings is the neighborhood of La Gandara, where Monte San Pedro is located, near a magnificent oak grove in which we find the impressive viewpoint of the Queen, suspended in the air over the Gándara River, the interpretation center of the Park and the path that leads to the source of the Gándara. In addition, the village offers a medical center, a small supermarket, bakery and several home-cooked restaurants. 10 minutes away is the Collados del Asón Natural Park, with its 70-meter-high Cailagua or Cola de Caballo waterfall, the Fuente del Águila viewpoint and the town of Asón, from where we can reach the foot of the waterfall on a simple route. It is an ideal mountain area for hiking, mountaineering, snow outings, climbing and enjoying different adventure activities such as quads, caving or canoeing. If you prefer to enjoy the sun and the beach, Laredo is 45 minutes away.
