In our cozy home you will enjoy our beautiful, private and spacious guest bedroom and bathroom all to yourself. We live in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You will also have a nice view of our backyard, which looks out upon 15 acres of idyllic private woods. We are also close to many tourist attractions, including WPAFB & WSU, Yellow Springs and Waynesville. We are also within minutes from I-675 and I-75. Off-street parking is available on our driveway and you have your own entrance! Your bedroom features a queen size bed and an extra large recliner that's close to the size of a love seat. There will a mini fridge stocked with several days of complimentary water bottles, apple juice, and milk boxes. We also include a small selection of mini cereal boxes, oat meal packets, and fruit cups. You will also have a microwave to use at your convenience and a Keurig coffee machine that has an attached frother to make hot or cold cappuccinos and lattes. We will provide you with a small variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate K-Cups, including cups, sugar, sweetener, and creamers. Your bedroom also features a 40-inch smart TV where you will be able to login to your preferred streamed TV subscription. Additionally, you can make use of the attached BluRay player with a small collection of BluRay movies that will be available for you. There is also a large closet with coat hangers to use as needed along with a chest of drawers. Your bathroom which is right next to your bedroom will only be used by you and your party and it features a bathtub with a shower head. It is supplied with towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, including other toiletries. We also provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. There will be a curtain up in the hallway next to you to give you extra privacy from the rest of our home. The entrance is through the door that is located on the left side of the house, which has a small hallway to your private bedroom and bathroom. I will also provide instructions at the time you book your stay with us. There is ample parking space on our driveway for you, we just ask you kindly to keep to the left side where your entrance is, so we can park there too. But there's plenty of space for our 2 vehicles and yours. Our home is at the end of a no outlet road, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The property is surrounded on two sides by 25 acres of woodland (that belongs to the neighbors who can't be seen from our home). We love our home and location and we're sure that you will also. Neighbors have a fenced-in German Shepherd that sometimes barks at other dogs in the neighborhood passing by, but he is quiet most of the time.
