Hey future River Rat! We hope you enjoyed the pictures of our place and are excited to plan your next get away! We strive to make our renters feel completely at home in the most clean, spacious, and comfy place that you can find! Our home is in a community right on the river and we are sure that you will absolutely love the set up! We are conveniently close to river and lake launches. This is one of 3 properties that we personally rent out in the same community. Please note NO PETS are allowed. I won’t be available in person We are a family run rental. My husband (Erman) and I (Maureen) own the home while our daughter (Nicole) runs the rental. We all live in Corona, CA but rest assured that we have family friends, Cindy and Randy, that live in the city who fix and clean the home and are available for anything that you might need. We have been coming to Parker for over 30 years and know mostly everything there is to know about the area. Feel free to contact Nicole for ANYTHING you might need before, during, or after your stay! Just a few feet away you will find the dock and breathtaking views of the river! In the summer it is busier but because we are at the end of the river you will also find that is a quieter haven and especially useful for families with children. There are only five homes in the community with two docks to share. 3/5 of the homes only launch their boats on the lake so you will have no issues with spaces to tie up your boat. We are a relatively quiet neighborhood but very friendly and always try to be respectful of each other! The home itself is within 2 miles of lake and river launch ramps, Buckskin Mountain State Park, Havasu Springs golf course, Mc's gas station, and a few quaint bars and restaurants. You will find that our location is right in between the Downtown Parker Strip and Lake Havasu City- both are about 14 miles away in opposite directions. Downtown Parker Strip is near Bluewater Casino, grocery shopping, some restaurants, boat rentals and more! Lake Havasu city is home to an outdoor shopping mall, more stores that are useful, grocery shopping, movies theaters, and more!
