Green jewel in ♥ Munich - 2 minutes to the Isar!

Located in a green and quiet area, our flat is a 2min walk from metro station "Brudermühlstr" (U3). Come and join us for a good night's sleep surrounded by nature and close to the Isar riverfront. :) Your room has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. There's a desk with chair in your room in case you have to work a little. If you like, you can cook, eat, and drink coffee with us, or just spend the night here. We live here as a couple who enjoy meeting people from all around the world. As avid travellers we know how important the small things are. You'll instantly feel at home in our cozy flat. Whether you would like to socialize in the living room or have a quiet cup of tea on the balcony, with the calm and caring atmosphere of our flat you won't want to leave! Guest access As our guests you can use all of the spaces in our home other than our bedroom. You'll have your own private bedroom, all other spaces are shared with us. Feel free to use our kitchen to cook a meal - we love cooking with our guests! If you come by car, you can park on the street with a parking ticket. Our shared living room and balcony invite you to relax and unwind from your daily adventures in Munich ! During your stay We like to socialize as much with you as you want - live and let live :) We're happy to provide local recommendations and share travel stories - we also like sharing a meal with our guests. You ran out of soap or need a map? Just ask for anything you need! Other things to note Please let us know about your check-in time in advance. Our flat is located on the first floor of a multi-storey building. The entrance to our flat is located on the BACK of the building. We provide breakfast for a small donation. :)
