Independent apartment on the first floor of a villa surrounded by greenery a stone's throw from the city center and the sea. It has a newly furnished bedroom and a bathroom that can be used by guests. In the kitchen-living room, equipped with a stove, oven and refrigerator, you can relax with wifi available (also present in the rooms) or television.
