There is an additional double sofa bed in the Lounge area. (Please request bedding for the sofa bed prior to your stay so we can leave in the property for you. We may not be able to acommodate requests to deliver if not rquested as may be working or out ourselves). It is a welcoming, bright and airy space with a newly fitted and well appointed kitchen. A selection of Teas, Coffee, Chilled water, Cooking oil and milk are left for you to enjoy. Condiments are also supplied. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and utensils so ideal for cooking and for enjoying takeaways alike. For coffee lovers, a cafetiere with a selection of coffees to enjoy. For tea lovers we have good old Yorkshire tea and a selection of fruit and herbal teas. The lounge and bedroom both have a TV. Good for relaxing after a day exploring the wonderful sights of our historic city. The dining table and chairs provides comfortable seating for four people or for a workspace.. A couple of minutes walk takes you to the Newport Arch, a Roman gateway leading to the Bailgate Area. Here you will find an independant and eclectic mix of shops, eateries, taverns, the butcher, the baker and almost the candlestick maker ! It has a real upbeat vibe in the evenings. From there its a 5 minute stroll to The Castle and Cathedral although you may want to give yourself a bit more time for a browse. Holly apartment is a great place to stay for all our local events such as The Christmas Market, Steampunk Festival and just for exploring the sights of our lovely historic Lincoln. Other things to note Please be aware there is no nominated parking, free on street parking only. Opposite the apartment is free 24 hour on street parking where available. The property is situated above The Ivy Tavern Public House, which is now closed. It's a traditional and friendly local pub, which shows a lot of live sports. Why not pop in on the way home for a night cap, one of the cheapest pints in uphill Lincoln! The property is on the first floor so there are stairs, there is a handrail.
