Old Drôme farmhouse lovingly restored, in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage vineyard. On this family-owned arboricultural and wine-growing estate still in operation, we live nearby and welcome you with joy for stays for families or groups of friends. The large cottage (15 people...) offers charm and comfort: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, shaded garden, summer kitchen, swimming pool, planchas, games... Privatization possible if you add the trailers, or partial rental during the week and off season. The space Here, everything is designed for your comfort. Our house is ideal for families and groups of friends, with many spaces for everyone to enjoy at their own pace, between shared moments and quiet corners. 🎒 When you arrive, everything is ready! PLEASE NOTE Bed linen is provided as an OPTION (€20/bed) and is not included in the price shown. 🏊‍♂️ Heated outdoor pool (mid May to mid September), shared with the trailers in case of separate rental. The water temperature varies depending on the weather. We ensure a good understanding and tranquility for everyone. 🎲 Many activities on site: Ping pong table Giant Connect Four Petanque court Children's cabin and swing Board games Baby amenities available 🛏️ The rooms are all accessible from outside the house, perfect for preserving everyone's privacy. They have their own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a television and original and refined decoration, each with a different theme. 🏡 In addition, the trailers and the small vacation rental can be rented with the house (if you are more than 12 people) or separately. In the event of partial rental, shared spaces are carefully managed to ensure harmonious cohabitation. Guest access 🛋️ The house is organized around a large, friendly living room on the ground floor, including a dining room with open kitchen, a library lounge and toilets. 🛏️ The accommodation consists of 4 independent bedrooms distributed as follows: On the ground floor (access from the outside): • The Cabane des Champs • 1001 Nuits Upstairs, above the living room: • Vigne et Vin • Drôme des Collines Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, toilet, shower, sink, and TV. The decor is neat, original and thematic. 🌳 The garden surrounds the house on the east and south sides, offering beautiful shaded areas to relax, play or share a meal outdoors. A beautiful pool area and a summer kitchen to enjoy a wonderful holiday. 🚜 Important note: Our house is located on an active agricultural estate. For safety reasons, we simply ask that you do not allow children to access the operating part (tractors, tools, etc.) in order to avoid any risk. Other things to note 🏊‍♀️ Heated pool from May to September, maintained at a minimum temperature of 24°C (depending on weather conditions). Ideal for young and old, in a peaceful setting. 🌸 A well-kept, respected garden We like to take care of our outdoors and our flowers, which is why we ask everyone not to walk on the beds and not to throw cigarette butts in the garden. An ashtray is available for your use. 🔇 A place to relax, not to party Socializing is welcome, but we insist that noisy parties, festive evenings or noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Music and discussions outside are tolerated with discretion, especially in the evening, out of respect for the neighbors and the tranquility of the place. 📋 Services for professionals Upon request, we provide a flipchart with whiteboard and sheets, ideal for your seminars or team retreats in the countryside. 🧹 End-of-stay cleaning: thank you for your cooperation To ensure a quality welcome for the next guests, we ask that you: Respect the check-out time, Leave the kitchen and living rooms tidy, Perform a small pre-cleaning (dishes done, surfaces clean), Sort and dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers. 🙏 This little help goes a long way in ensuring perfect arrivals for everyone.
