Old Drôme farmhouse lovingly restored, in the heart of the Crozes-Hermitage vineyard. On this family tree and wine estate still in operation, we live nearby and welcome you with joy for stays for families or groups of friends. The large gîte (15 people...) offers charm and comfort: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, shaded garden, summer kitchen, swimming pool, planchas, games... Privatization possible if you add the caravans, or partial rental on weekdays and off season. The space Everything here is designed for your convenience. Our home is ideal for families and groups of friends, with many spaces so that everyone can enjoy at their own pace, between shared moments and nooks of tranquility. 🎒 You're all set when you arrive! PLEASE NOTE Bed linen is provided as an OPTION (€20/bed) and is not included in the price shown. 🏊♂️ Heated outdoor pool (mid May to mid September), shared with trailers in case of separate rental. The water temperature varies depending on the weather. We ensure a good understanding and tranquility for everyone. 🎲 Plenty of onsite activities: Pingong table Giant power 4 Petanque court Cabin and swing for children Board games Baby facilities available 🛏️ The rooms are all accessible from outside the house, perfect for preserving everyone's privacy. They have their own private bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a TV and an original and refined decoration, each with a different theme. 🏡 In addition, the trailers and the small cottage can be rented with the house (if you are more than 12 people) or separately. In case of partial rental, shared spaces are carefully managed to ensure harmonious cohabitation. Guest access 🛋️ The house is organized around a large, friendly living room on the ground floor, including a dining room with open kitchen, a library lounge and toilets. 🛏️ The accommodation consists of 4 independent rooms distributed as follows: On the ground floor (access from the outside): • The Cabane des Champs • 1001 Nights Upstairs, above the living room: • Vine and Wine • Drôme des Collines Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, toilet, shower, sink, and TV. The decor is neat, original and thematic. 🌳 The garden surrounds the house on the east and south sides, offering beautiful shaded areas to relax, play or share an outdoor meal. A beautiful pool area and a summer kitchen to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Important 🚜 note: our house is located on an active agricultural estate. For safety reasons, we simply ask that you do not let children access the farm part (tractors, tools, etc.) to avoid any risk. Other things to note 🏊♀️ Pool heated from May to September, maintained at a minimum temperature of 24°C (depending on weather conditions). Ideal for kids and grown-ups, in a peaceful setting. 🌸 A well-kept, respected garden We like to take care of our exteriors and flowers, which is why we ask everyone not to walk on the flowerbeds and not to throw cigarette butts in the garden. An ashtray is available for your use. 🔇 A place to relax, not to party Conviviality is welcome, but we insist that noisy parties, festive evenings or noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited. Music and discussions outside are tolerated with discretion, especially in the evening, out of respect for the neighbors and the tranquility of the place. 📋 Services for professionals On request, we provide a flipchart with whiteboard and sheets, ideal for your seminars or team retreats in the countryside. End-of-stay 🧹 cleaning: thank you for your cooperation To ensure a quality welcome for the next guests, we ask that you: Respect the checkout time, Leave the kitchen and living areas tidy, Do a little pre-cleaning (wash dishes, clean surfaces), Sort and dispose of garbage in the appropriate containers. 🙏 This little boost helps us enormously to ensure perfect arrivals for everyone.
