Adorable studio type apartment separate entrance

Everything you need to relax & recharge in one cozy space. Private entrance. This suite is an open floor plan with a small kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave and stove with basic kitchen utensils and dishes. It is located in town close to stores, restaurants. Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest. The space Queen sized bed, couch, kitchen, bathroom, Grill and outside eating area. Can Include cot if needed for a third guest or sleep on couch. Guest access The entire suite is yours for your privacy. Patio area out back is accessible and you may use either of the 2 grills that are out there. Please ask permission if your interested in using the smoker. There is a learning curve to using it. Home owner may occasionally use patio and smoker out back but your always welcome to join us if we are out there.
