Guest access SMDC Wind Residences offers SKY LOUNGE where guest/s can access for viewing of scenic Taal lake and Taal volcano for FREE. It is located at Tower 3. All users are required to register at Tower 3 lobby to be accompanied by the security guard and/or assigned receptionist. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools, play ground, badminton court, billiard and dart room, table tennis, basketball court and tennis court. Please bring your own sports equipment/s. Access and use of clubhouse facilities and amenities has corresponding guest fees at minimal rates. Swimming pool: (3 outdoors and 1 heated pool) Payable at tower 5 admin office P150 per head,per day on regular days P300 per head,per day during holidays During sundays and holidays admin is closed kindly remind us if you will use the swimming pool so we can endorse it to the admin or buy tub/ticket in advance. Parking: available at the back of the building for overnight or short stay. Maximum of 3 adult guests, or 4pax - 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 0-7y/o). A violation fee will be imposed by the Bldg. Admin if guests is more than the maximum number mentioned above. If no damage on the appliances or stains in the bed / sheets / blankets / towels, then the deposit will be returned to you in full upon check-out.
