Sea-life apartment

Experience the International Film Festival in Thessaloniki, Greece with a taste of the sea...Want to live in an aquarium? Take the challenge to live in a fully-amenity apartement near famous Chalkidiki beaches and see a lot about sea life as items exposed in the appartement by so close... :) (The 4th bed is only for baby or young child) (every help or usage of any house amenity is free and not included in the price) The space Have the pleasure to stay in a lovely sea decorated apartment with aquarium near the airport and the ring road (avoid the traffic-There is also room for your parking in front of the building entrance). It consists of a bedroom (with a big closet) that usually in the shade away from the road so sleeping is easy , a big living room generously lighted by the famous 'Greek' sun from the mourning till the afternoon and also used as a bedroom, a separate kitchen, an office separated from the dinning room by a wine cellar screen and a big bathroom-wc. It is located 5 mins on foot away from the sea, banks, supermarkets, gas-petrol stations, gyms, restaurants, bars night clubs and fast-foods, marinas, casinos and malls. There is also a sailing, yachting and horse-riding club You can also visit the nearest beach of Chalkidiki after 1/2 hour of driving. (June-September is summer in Greece). There are all the amenities of a house in a big city except from a washing machine, including stereo with 5.1 surround sound system, DVD recorder-player with a collection of 900 DVD movies and series, 37' LCD TV screen, PC , air-condition and barbeque. You can also relax in the leaving-room lying on the two couches that become beds or listen to your favorite music along with your meal by the fireplace in the dinning-room. Good weather until September enables you also to relax in the front balcony swing chair with a view to a park or on the back one on a hammock with a view to a small orchard. You can also barbeque and eat at the back balcony but not in the orchard. The fully equipped mount bike hanging on the wall in not only a decoration (you can use it to get easily another part of the city or for recreation). NOTE: All items exhibited are bought dead or are duplicates (such as fake corals & protected shells) sparsely and definetly are not a result of an ecologically unethical or outlaw action. Our only motive was to preserve them and make people love the treasures and beauty of sea and respect it. Very few or no item is misused as a tool and was in no case drilled, smashed or glued to create something that nature did not created, but only for decoration. In that spirit, we did not mumify any creature which is also macabre. We do not encourage killing organisms to collect them or overdo collection of a certain even dead item that could be used by another living organism underwater.
