Welcome to the New North End! This is a spacious and quiet space in the lower level of an adorable 1948 Cape. It is close to the bike path that leads to downtown and the Colchester Causeway, Leddy Beach, bus line, and Hannaford Shopping plaza. You have your own entrance through the garage via a gate and then door on the side of the garage. There is a stairway down to your space. Feel free to use the laundry while visiting. If the host needs to access the utilities you will be asked first. Guest access The back yard is private and is only for my own personal use or by the guests staying upstairs. Other things to note I live upstairs most of the time; however, I do rent the main portion of my home to other air bnb guests at certain times of the year.
