A pool of approximately 2x3m. A mature hackberry tree (Lledoner madur) located in the middle of the courtyard, providing great shade in summer. A detached wooden house with a toilet. The house is on two floors. Downstairs is the living room with an indoor fireplace, sofas, television and a floor lamp. It has a large table to eat comfortably inside, integrated with a full kitchen. The ground floor has a heat pump (air conditioning) to ensure comfort throughout the year. In addition, it has a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and board games. Upstairs we will find two rooms, one with two twin beds and the other with a double bed, the two fully equipped with TV, sheets and towels. There is also a full bathroom with shower. Other things to note Check-in is at 6:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. These times will be flexible, you could check in earlier and check out later.
