Babbling Brook Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Very quiet and secluded. We are about 13 miles from Whitetop mnt where the Virginia creeper trail starts. Also about 11 miles from Grayson Highlands park where the mountain ponies run free. 13 miles from West Jefferson for shopping, hiking, etc. Or stay here in the hammock while the kids play in the creek which is a stone’s throw from the front porch. Rest on the back porch while the shade canopy keeps you cool. Pet policy- please read The space The cabin is about 480 sq ft with an overhead loft. The loft is mostly open to ground floor with no railing. There is a TV but no satellite or cable service. There is a DVD with a fun selection of movies. The master bedroom can be closed and provides the sound of babbling creek water to lull you to sleep. A fully equipped kitchen awaits its guest to prepare anything from a sandwich to a full on meal. There are many fun board games, puzzles, and fee coloring books to entertain kids and adults. Other things to note This is a very quiet place where you relax and create your own kind of fun and memories. Cell phone service is spotty but our wii fii will help you make a clear internet call. There is a small window AC unit. There are ceiling fans and windows that can be opened but during summer months it can be a bit hot.
