A Humble Abode for your (ND) Football Mode

Welcome to your next rental home! We're located 7 miles from Notre Dame, with restaurants and entertainment close by. We have a large backyard, great patio, large kitchen, and a basketball hoop. There's a big screen in the basement and a TV in the Master. We can sleep 6-10 people (king, queen mattress, 2 queen air mattresses, 2 couches). The nearest grocery store is 1 mile away, and we are conveniently located near the toll road. We look forward to hosting you! Please reach out with questions. The space The main floor includes the kitchen, living room, laundry, and half bath. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, and 2 bedrooms that will have air mattresses) and 2 full baths. Downstairs has a 60" TV for the game or movies. The outside has a basketball hoop in the drive, trampoline, playset, and large yard to play in. Guest access The driveway can hold 4 cars and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house. There is a park at the front of the subdivision. Streets are well lit at night. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors who are big Notre Dame fans! Other things to note No pets, no parties.
