Great location close to everything you need; banks, restaurants, office supplies stores, gas stations, etc. The space You have access to the entire brand new 2 bedrooms condo. Disneyland’s nightly fireworks can be seen at the comfort of your own private balcony!! Very quiet location. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo Other things to note - Quiet time starts at 10pm - Please note that this is one rental per 30 days period - Outside camera for security purposes and for UPS/Fedex & Amazon packages. PLEASE DO NOT HAVE MAIL SERVICE SEND TO OWNER’S MAIL BOX - Parties throwing is prohibited and if there’s a complaint from the neighbors, there will be legal action for immediate eviction
