The Cozy Nook

This is a 2nd floor apartment In a two family house it’s quiet clean and cozy with two bedrooms living room full kitchen and bathroom… there’s plenty of natural light and lots of fresh air. Please note that there is NO SMOKING IN OR ON THE PROPERTY.. and there will be a fine of $500 if violated . Same fine applies to items that goes missing after your stay… towels linens appliances etc No parties or extra families or friend are allowed to spend over nights … NO SHOES IN THE HOUSES!! Guest access You will have access to the entire 2nd fl. Other things to note During these times we are hesitant to get out for a break but at the cozy nook you can rest assured that all covid 19 cleaning protocols are observed.
