This listing is for the entire first floor (2 Private rooms with queen Ikea beds & 1 full bathroom). No one other than yourself would be staying at the house. House is located conveniently right next to the highway. In addition, the listing comes with other values. Parking will be available in the driveway for 2 cars. Living room has a full set of entertainment. Kitchen has all the amenities required for your stay. The space This listing is for 2 guests only. There is a fee for additional guests. In the living room, there is a flat screen LED TV connected to a Roku. If you have a Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc account, you can simply access them throgh Roku. In the kitchen, please make sure to turn off the stove after using it. Please make sure to run the garbage disposal while using the kitchen sink at all times. At last, please make sure to close the refrigetor door and lock the freezer after being used. Guest access There is a coffee maker in the kitchen and you can help yourself to it. Please make sure to clean after using it. If additional toilet paper is required, they can be found in the linen closet. Guests are not allowed to access the basement. Other things to note Please take your SHOES off at the door. Food is not allowed to be taken to the bedroom. Smoking is not PERMITTED inside of the house or on the porch. On Fridays, please make sure to take the green trash bin to the curb. I have left salt and a snow shovel by the front door. Please use the salt on the driveway/porch when necessary.
