Located about 30 miles west of San Antonio’s famous Riverwalk in the historic town of Castroville, this two story house offers 2 private bedrooms and an upstairs open loft. The yard has a playground structure. All guests must be registered; no events or parties, no entertaining of visitors. The space The yard may be shared with other guests staying at an adjacent studio at the same location. This two story house is equipped with internet, ceiling fans and central a/c and heating, and offers a full kitchen, two bathrooms with tubs, washer/dryer, king bed and sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom and a twin trundle bed upstairs. There is a king size air mattress and linens available for the open loft area upstairs. Guests can park in the private parking area by the playground. Guest access The yard and playground are gated and available for guest use along with the picnic table.
