Quiet house in a small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, hiking or cycling, walks, fishing, nearby visits. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the vacation route. The space Entire single-storey house with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms each with 1 large bed of 140 × 190 and 1 bedroom with 2 small beds of 90 × 190. + 2 extra folding beds for baby available), 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchen open to dining room and living room. (6/8-seater table + 8 chairs + 1 wooden chair for baby). Air conditioning (hot/cold) is present in the main room (not in the bedrooms in which there are electric radiators) 1 large closed garage. The price includes the cleaning package, but for health reasons and because of abuse by some guests, we would like you to tidy up and clean satisfactorily before you leave. You also have 1 baby bathtub, 1 wooden high chair, 2 baby extra beds (umbrella beds), 1 toilet reducer + 1 baby toilet pot, 1 changing mat. Some board games are also available.
