Quiet house in a small village 15 minutes from Langres, its ramparts, its 4 lakes, and its national forest park. Swimming, water activities, hiking or cycling, walks, fishing, nearby visits. 45 minutes from Dijon. Also ideal for a quiet break, with children, on the vacation route. The space Entire single-story house with 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms, each with 1 queen-size bed measuring 140×190, and 1 bedroom with 2 small beds measuring 90×190. + 2 folding extra beds for babies available), 1 bathroom + 1 separate toilet, 1 kitchen that opens to the dining room and living room. (Table for 6/8 + 8 chairs + 1 wooden high chair). There is air conditioning (hot/cold) in the main room (not in the bedrooms, where there are electric heaters). 1 large enclosed garage. Terrace and enclosed garden. Trampoline in the summer and pétanque court (a few boules are at your disposal) Private gravel parking area. Washing machine available. Close to a river. The price includes the cleaning package, but for health reasons, following certain instances of mistreatment by guests, and out of respect, we would like to find the accommodation in good condition, tidy, and with the trash cans emptied. Bath towels are only available as an optional extra if you wish, for €4/set (1 small towel + 1 large towel), to be paid on site. You also have a baby bath, a wooden high chair, 2 extra baby beds (travel cribs), a toilet seat reducer + 1 potty for babies, and 1 changing mat. Some board games are also available for your use. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is only available in the main room (not in the bedrooms, where there are only electric radiators). Please use the heating sensibly, for the sake of our "wallets" but also for the planet! The cleaning fee is included in the price, but please leave the property in good condition when checking out.
