This is an ideal space for three out of town workers and their mates to relax and grill at the end of a long day. The home is just 6 miles from Ergon and Mountaineer Casino and an hour from the Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh and Wheeling Island Casino and just 30 minutes from Pittsburgh International Airport. Non indoor smoking and pet free location please. The space Walk the 16+ acres and you may see deer, turkey, fox and more. Please mind property boundaries by confirming with host. Tick spray is suggested. Enjoy the view from either of the large decks but to keep noise to a minimum please linger on the back deck area. This will assure you extra privacy also. There is a nice sized kitchen (with a double oven and dishwasher) that is well supplied. Bring your firewood! There is a common fire pit area, with seating, that can be used after 5pm (as per local ordinance). Abide by 11pm quiet time please. Guest access We don’t live on site and you may have to shovel from your car and up the stairs. Please leave the front yard for the guests in the downstairs studio apartment to enjoy. There’s plenty of space for you out back. We also ask that you do not enter the barn or our camper. We offer a serene location and ask you keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time is 11pm. Use septic safe toilet tissue only. The living room is over the guest bedroom downstairs-PLEASE be courteous. Please do not deep fry or grill in doors or on any wooden surfaces or use real candles as the closest fire hydrant is at the bottom of the hill. This home is located up a gravel driveway. Although we do our best to keep it in top shape there may be adverse weather conditions or some water runoff dips in the road between regular maintenance. Maximum of 10mph please.
