The space This two bedroom two bathroom unit has been newly renovated 2026 with all brand new flooring, kitchen, furniture & mattresses. It includes one king bed in the master, one queen pull out sofa with a memory foam gel mattress in the living room and a twin over twin bunk bed & a stand alone full bed in the second bedroom. The bathrooms have been completely renovated. Books & games for both adults & children are provided as well as beach gear & large rolling cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked including an air fryer, coffee pot, shrimp pot & crab crackers, blender & more. There is a new stainless fridge (not shown). A small welcome gift is also waiting for you :) There are also two new fishing poles waiting for our guests to fish from the dock! End Tables include USB ports. The living room & spare room have smart tvs. Stackable washer & dryer. Our bay beach area is calm & shallow which is perfect for small children to enjoy without all the crowds on the gulf beaches. 24’ Boat slip available to renters upon request & permission for an additional $100 per stay payable separately through Airbnb 14 days before check in. SUPPLIES: A starter set of supplies are provided including dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, laundry tabs, HOWEVER, you may need additional supplies.
