L'Ora des Marais gîte in Sud-Vendée (V)

The Ora des Marais cottages are located 30 minutes from the coast, many visits and walks to do, close to the Marais Poitevin, downtown Luçon with all amenities, less than 1 hour from Puy du Fou: an extraordinary journey through history with grandiose shows for the whole family. Enjoy our large garden, with games on-site. No pets allowed. All cottages are non-smoking. The space Gîte for 4 people, about 55 m², 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed and bunk beds (no adults on the upper level - all bedding is new), beds made on arrival, towels and linen provided, excluding beach towel (the linen provided includes 1 complete bed set for each bed, a dish towel and a hand towel, one bath towel per person per stay) bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, a living room with equipped kitchen area (with fridge and freezer compartment, electric stove with induction hob, microwave oven, Carte Noire coffee machine - Nespresso compatible capsules not included, kettle) and seating area with TV, free Wi-Fi access. Air-conditioned gîte. Independent entrance and terrace with garden furniture, parking in the courtyard in front of your cottage. No smoking. Common area: barbecue and laundry room (the laundry room is reserved for stays of a week or more). About 8000 m² of garden with outdoor games, indoor game loan. No pets allowed. Not accessible to PRM Other things to note Beds made on arrival, towels, tea towels and hand towels provided (except for long stays - contact us for rental conditions). Carte Noire coffee machine, Nespresso compatible capsules not provided but available for sale on site. Please leave the place clean when you leave, otherwise a cleaning fee may be considered. The rental cost does not include the electric charge of any vehicle, terminals are available nearby. Following the sharp rise in the cost of energy, we have decided not to increase our rates, but if we find an exaggeration of consumption (daily meter control) we reserve the right to charge a surcharge.
