Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome. The space The Stable Yard is an equestrian themed barn conversion which is quirky yet comfortable, cosy and stylish. There are breath taking views over the Co Down countryside from your private garden and the living room to the Mourne Mountains, The kitchen is fully equipped for all catering and laundry needs and the living room has a wood burning stove with logs provided. Free WiFi is available. All guests are welcome to use the space provided on our small holding and we can provide stabling, and equestrian facilities should you wish to holiday with your horse. Dogs are also welcome. We provide covered parking for a single car and private, off road parking for numerous cars, or a lorry, should you require it. We can also provide secure, indoor storage for bicycles or other equipment. Other things to note 25 minute drive to Royal County Down Golf course, home of 2024 Irish Open.
