Bedroom 2 - Honey To rent the entire gîte (groups of 8 to 13 people) go to our corresponding listing. The 5 bedrooms of our 200 m² gîte, in the wing of a villa in the Drôme Provençale, welcome you in an ideal setting. With its ten beds, the house with swimming pool and 1.5 ha of land awaits you. Enjoy a very beautiful region of France with walks, hikes and all kinds of activities nearby, cultural visits (museums, old villages, castles). The space --o-- The room --o-- The Miel room includes 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but can accommodate 1 cot (< 3 years). It has a private bathroom. For a family rental, choose the Merise family suite = Melon + Cherry which includes: - the Melon room with 1 double bed + 1 child bed (< 5 years old), - the Cerise room with 2 single beds + 1 child bed (< 7 years), - a shared Merise bathroom. --o-- The house --o-- Despite the almost guaranteed good weather in the area, the temperature of the house remains pleasantly cool all day even in the event of a heat wave and remains comfortable in the event of colder weather. The 155 m² living area of the gîte includes: ● 12 to 15 adult beds (+ 1 to 3 child beds): ⇨ 3 bedrooms with double bed, two of which have 1 single bed, ⇨ 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 cot, ⇨ 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, ⇨ 1 additional double bed via the sofa bed in the living room, ● 4 private bathrooms (one of which serves two bedrooms). ● baby equipment available on request: baby/child beds with removable barrier, changing table, deckchair, bathtub, high chair, toilet reducer and baby potty. ● an equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob, Senseo, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, ● a living/dining room with a sofa, a large table + chairs overlooking a large partially covered terrace (with plancha), the garden and the mountains. The leisure area (including the game room of more than 60 m²) with: ● ping-pong and three French/Italian/American billiards in the basement, foosball in the lobby. ● gym with weight bench, dumbbells, yoga mats, rower and bike, ● petanque court (boules provided) and molki game, volleyball and badminton, ● indoor games available (poker case, board games). The "quarter-Olympic" swimming pool (12.50 x 6.50 and 3.80 deep), ● under an openable greenhouse, ● privatized for you at times fixed in advance with you according to your wishes, ● accessible directly from the bedrooms or from the living room terrace, ● also overlooking the garden. ● the pool is not heated (it would be irresponsible to the environment given its volume), however the greenhouse keeps it at a good temperature as soon as the sun shines. ● The pool is filtered from May to September, the rest of the year we cannot ensure optimal use. The large enclosed garden of 1.5 ha, ideal for planchas/barbecues and sunny tables. --o-- The owners --o-- We are present in the other wing of the house discreetly (independence guaranteed) during your stay and can thus respond to your requests. Either way, one of us will be there to greet you upon arrival and on your departure day. We'd also love to share a game of petanque, ping-pong or baby-foot with you on occasion.
